ITINERARY
Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa by Sleeper Bus – Trek to Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van (Meals Included: Lunch, Dinner)
6:20 AM: Begin your Sapa Vietnam Tour by meeting at 204 Tran Quang Khai Street to board the sleeper bus to Sapa.
9:30 AM: Travel on the highway with comfort breaks before reaching Lao Cai City, then continue to Sapa.
Note: Bring 5,000 VND or 10,000 VND notes for toilet fees at rest stops.
1:00 PM: Arrive in Sapa Town, where you’ll see the colorful costumes of the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic people. Enjoy a welcome drink and a briefing on your Sapa Vietnam Tour itinerary. Savor a local Vietnamese lunch.
2:30 PM: Drive to Y Linh Ho and begin your trek through rice terraces along the Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai, with views of the Hoang Lien Son Mountains. Continue to Ta Van Village, home to the Dzay ethnic people.
Trek distance: about 9 km, lasting approximately 3 hours.
5:00 PM: Check in at a homestay with a local Dzay family. Enjoy mountain life at sunset, join in cooking dinner, and dine together.
In the evening, experience the tranquil hill tribe lifestyle, socialize with other tourists, and stay overnight in Ta Van Village.
Day 2: Trek to Giang Ta Chai Village – Return to Hanoi (Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch)
7:30 AM: Have breakfast at the homestay and prepare for another day of adventure on your Sapa Vietnam Tour.
8:00 AM: Trek through rice paddies for stunning photos, then through a bamboo forest to admire the panoramic views of Giang Ta Chai Village.
11:00 AM: Cross the Giang Ta Chai Bridge to the main road, where a bus will return you to Sapa Town.
Trek distance: about 3 km, lasting approximately 2 hours.
12:30 – 1:30 PM: Lunch at a hotel, then prepare for your return to Hanoi on the sleeper bus with comfort breaks.
8:45 PM: Arrive in Hanoi and conclude your memorable Sapa Vietnam Tour. Trip ends.

Note:
- Old people, kids should not attend the long trek (9 kms)
Thing to bring:
- Warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September, October, November, December, January, February and March.
- Due to altitude of Sapa, it is sometimes foggy in December, January, February and March.
- Trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun cream, insect repellent are also necessary. You should take cash with you in Vietnam Dong because banking system in Sapa sometimes doesn’t function well. US Dollar, Euro, Australia Dollar are accepted in Sapa.
- You should take medicine with you although there are some chemist’s shops in Sapa in case you get sick.
- Homestay’s facilities are not as in hotel in Sapa.
