GS7: SAPA TREKKING FROM HA NOI: BY BUS 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS ( OVERNIGHT IN HOTEL)
ITINERARY
6:30 – 7:00: Begin your Sapa trekking from Ha Noi with a pickup from your hotel. Board a comfortable bus and depart for Sapa.
9:30: Travel along the highway to Lao Cai City, where you’ll enjoy the first comfort break.
11:00: Take a second comfort break at Lao Cai City before continuing your journey to Sapa.
13:00: Arrive in Sapa Town, greeted by the colorful traditional costumes of the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic people.

- Lunch: Relish local Vietnamese dishes before checking in at the hotel.
14:30: Head out for a short drive to the entrance of Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic people. Nestled in a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak, Cat Cat Village provides a fascinating glimpse into local life.
- Trekking Experience: Your local guide will lead you on a trek down to the valley bottom, where you can explore the waterfall and the French-built Hydraulic Power Station. Stop for photos by the bridge and waterfall, then trek uphill to meet the bus that will take you back to Sapa.
- Trekking Distance: Approximately 2.5 km, lasting about 2 hours.
16:30: Return to Sapa Town. Enjoy a delicious dinner at 18:00 and spend the night in the hotel.
Day 2: Sapa Trekking from Ha Noi – Long Trek to Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van Village (B, L, D)
7:00 – 7:45: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and prepare a light pack for the long trek of 9 km.
8:00: Embark on a short drive to Y Linh Ho, where your Sapa trekking from Ha Noi adventure continues through lush rice terraces and along the Muong Hoa Stream. Trek to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai, taking in the spectacular landscape of the Hoang Lien Son Mountains before continuing to Ta Van Village, home to the Dzay ethnic people.
- Trekking Distance: Approximately 9 km, lasting about 4 hours.
11:30: The bus will pick you up at Ta Van Bridge to return to Sapa.
12:00 – Evening: Enjoy lunch and free time in the afternoon to explore Sapa Town on your own. Have dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Sapa – Thac Bac – Lao Cai – Bus to Ha Noi (B, L)
6:00 – 8:00: Have breakfast and meet your tour guide.
8:00: Begin your day with a scenic 12 km road trip, including stops at the stunning Thac Bac Waterfall (Silver Waterfall) and a salmon farm.
11:00: Return to the hotel, check out, settle any bills, and enjoy lunch. Take some leisure time on your own.
15:00: Gather all group members at the hotel to prepare for the return trip to Ha Noi.
15:15: Board the bus back to Ha Noi, with one comfort break along the way.
21:00: Arrive in Ha Noi, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel/stay. The trip ends.
PRICE INFORMATION:
- Normal price: 169 USD/person.
- For May Sapa hotel (3 star) or in similar hotel: Single supplement is 40 USD/2 nights.
- For The View hotel/ (4 star) or in similar hotel: Single supplement is 70 USD/2 nights.

- Beverages, travel insurance, VAT, personal expenses.

THINGS TO BRING:
- Clothing: Warm clothes, scarf, hat, and cap (Sapa’s weather can be unpredictable and is usually cold from September to March).
- Trekking Gear: Trekking shoes, sunglasses, sun cream, and insect repellent.
- Money: Cash in Vietnam Dong (due to unreliable banking services in Sapa); US Dollars, Euros, and Australian Dollars are also accepted.
- Health Supplies: Personal medication (though pharmacies are available in Sapa).
